He was predeceased by: his significant other Barbara; his parents, Charles R Mathews and Martha Jean Mathews; his sister April Killingsworth; and his nephew Jerry.
He is survived by: his brother Charles (Joann); his nephews, Jeremy, Rusty and Marcus; and his niece Amanda. He is also survived by many close friends, former bell coworkers and neighbors.
