She is survived by: her parents, James A Prugh and Cheryl Lynn Prugh of Jacksonville, Florida; her sons, Zachary James Wallace of Casselberry and Andrew James Wallace of Jacksonville, Florida; her pets, River and Ringo; her sisters, Jodie Potter (David) of Jacksonville, Florida and Tamie Simmons (Ross) of Franklin, Texas; her nephews, Taylor Chatterton and Kyle Chatterton of Franklin, Texas; and her niece Cheryl "Beth" Potter of Jacksonville, Florida. She is also survived by other loving family members and dear friends.
