She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph M. Chiofolo; and her parents, Russell E. Dickey and Juanita F. Dickey (Jan). She is survived by: her children, Jason Goolsby (Candice), Robin Tillery, Christine Ehmann, Mark Chiofolo (Amber) and John Chiofolo (Marcy); her grandchildren, Alex Goolsby (Amanda), Daniel Goolsby, Kaleb Tillery, Emalee Tillery, Connor Goolsby, Allie Goolsby and Aubree Goolsby; her children, Elizabeth Maline, Miranda Hunter, Patrick Ehmann, Parker "Dash" Chiofolo, Maximos Chiofolo, Iris Chiofolo and Cora Chiofolo; and her great grandchildren, Evelyn, Wesley, Lila and Nora Maline.
In lieu of flowers, donations made in Jan's memory may be made to the foundation of Community Hospice and Palliative Care, Jacksonville, FL.
