We are sad to announce that on November 5, 2025, at the age of 89, Janet Lucille Westerman of Jacksonville, Florida, born in Moline, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband George Westerman; her son Bruce Westerman; and her siblings, Ronnie Newman and Georgia Kay Mills. She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Westerman of Jacksonville, FL, Teresa Westerman (Melinda Monti) of Neptune Beach, FL and Diane Tetsworth (Bill) of Jacksonville, FL.; and her siblings, Steve Mills (Georgia) of Pekin, IL, Sue Brackett (Lou) of Fruita, CO and Vicki Hughes of Ocala, FL.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A Mass was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home (850 St Johns Bluff Rd N, Jacksonville, FL 32225).
