She was predeceased by: her siblings, Dennis McIntosh, Sr. and Carolyn Y. McIntosh. She is survived by: her siblings, Juliann McIntosh Blackmon (Barry), Donovan (Joann) and Windsor, Jr. (Jacqueline). She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, extended family, and lifelong friends.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Stephen AME Church (913 W 5th St, Jacksonville, FL 32209). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at the Edgewood Cemetery (4519 Edgewood Ave N, Jacksonville, FL 32219).
