We are sad to announce that, on February 22, 2026, Janice Kay Riley of Jacksonville, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernie Franklin Jarriel, Sr. and Edith Pitman Jarriel; and her sister Valerie Susan Jarriel. She is survived by: her husband Richard T. Riley; her sons, Truman Hill, Aron Hill and Stephany Ross; her grandchildren, Miles Hill, Caitlynn Hill and Madisyn Ross; and her siblings, Bernie Jarriel, Jr. (Tammy) and Kristina Scott. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
