Jeanette R. Lipman Obituary
Jeanette Roach Lipman, age 89, went home to be with her Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, on Sunday January 22, 2023.
She was born on October 30, 1933 in Georgia. Jeanette graduated from Rentz High School. She was a mother of five children, volunteered at Memorial Hospital for 20 years and was a wonderful homemaker and wife to her late husband Sam Lipman. She was a long time member of Parkwood Baptist Church. In her younger years, she enjoyed traveling with her loving husband Sam. As well as going on excursions and trips with her friends. If you said go, she was ready. She was very outgoing and attended many social gatherings with friends and family. She loved company and always made everyone that came into her home feel welcomed. More importantly, she loved the Lord and served him by being full of love for others and always thinking of them before herself. Even in her last hours here with us. She is a beautiful bright soul who made a positive difference in the lives of so many. She was such a grateful person, thanking God for everything. We thank God also for blessing us with her. Jeanette is preceded in death by her parents; Gordon and Maggie Powell. Her husband; Sam Lipman, sister; Imogene Outler, and children; Gordon 'Chuck' Roach, Shari Fraser, and Dewayne Roach.
