He was predeceased by: his parents, James Chester Webb and Gennevieve Webb (Hayes); his siblings, Margaret "Peggy" Hugh and James "Jimmy" Webb; and his daughter Nicole Webb.
He is survived by: his wife Rachel Lavonne Webb; his children, Justin Webb, Christina Bernal, Jessica Santana and Sean Pilgrim; and his brothers, Brian Webb and Shawn Webb. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
