He is survived by: his spouse Michele R. Haynes.
Viewing will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mt. Bethel Baptist Church (1620 Helena St, Jacksonville, FL 32208). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at the Evergreen Cemetery (4535 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32206).
