Joan leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Joan’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Joan will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lila Pearl Westcott Rounds and Edwin J. Rounds. She is survived by: her children, Leon Hildreth (Amy), David Hildreth, Cindy Hildreth and Joanne Patrizzi (David). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the West Jacksonville Baptist Church (5634 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at the Beaches Memorial Park.
