He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Cephus Golden, Sr. and Mattie B. Willis Golden; and his siblings, Patsy Golden Dreher and Johnnie Golden. He is survived by: his wife Linda Mae Riner Golden; his children, Jeff Golden (Kim) and Robin Johnson (Ken); his sister Peggy Golden Dale; his sister-in-law Jackie Golden; his grandchildren, Jeremy Golden (Amanda), Tyler Johnson (Baleigh), Austin Johnson, Tyler Mixon, Lindsey Southwell (Ben) and Madison Waters (Ryan); and his great grandchildren, Jase, Jett, Judah, Samuel, Jacob, Noah, Benjamin, JoJo, Addy and Rhett.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations made to Lighthouse Baptist Church, in Bryceville, Florida, for the building fund.
