He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his siblings, Elizabeth Fletcher (Bruce) of Richmond, VA and Edward L. Whigham, Jr. of Richmond, VA; his grandchildren, Olivia Morrison and Jack Morrison; his stepdaughter Alix Klein of St. Petersburg, Florida.; and also, Kimberly Morrison (Stephen) of Fleetwood, PA, JD Whigham (Lana) of Chicago, IL and Andrew Whigham (Shelby Smith) of Redmond Washington.

For respect of Nancy's Religion please do not send flowers. If so desired, contributions to the Jacksonville Humane Society would have touched David deeply.
