He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Jackson Price and Effie Eleanor Foxworth Price. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Bell Price; his daughter Rose Kelly (Ronnie); his grandchildren, Renee Kelly Hebb (Mark) and Ryan Kelly; and his great grandchildren, Parklyn, Penelope and Paxley.
