With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Eldon Arndt of Jacksonville, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 7, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon Arndt and Margaret Arndt; and his parents-in-law, Lyle and Dolores Raymond. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Lou Raymond; his children, Sheila Arndt of New Orleans, Stephanie Latimer (Fremont) of St. John's, FL and Shawn Arndt (Jen) of The Woodlands, TX; his grandchildren, Scarlett, Charlie Latimer, James and Claire Arndt; and his siblings, Ron of Beaver Dam and Pat of Wisconsin.

Memorials, if desired, may be made to Bethlehem Lutheran Church or to the charity of your choice.
