He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Sr. Howard and Mildred Howard. He is survived by: his children, Kelly Smith (Kevin), Hillary Citrano (Jimmy) and Johnny Howard Jr. (Katie); his grandchildren, Jimmy, Janie, Emily Citrano, Audrey and John Howard III (Jay); and his siblings, Les Howard and Martha Jean Rogers (Steve).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to All Saints Episcopal Church towards their Youth and Outreach programs.
