With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Karen Rios of Jacksonville, Florida, born in Sterling, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Heather Corson. She is survived by: her husband Oscar Rios; her children, Michael Waters (Marilyn), Alan Waters (Cris) and Amy Waters; her stepchildren, David Rios (Lica), James Rios (Theressa) and Gina Cummings (Chad); her grandchildren, Justin Waters (Ashley), Jasmine White (Jordan) and Gracie Nelson; and her great grandchildren, Ridge Waters, Haley Waters and Holton Waters. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family.
