He was predeceased by: his father Donald; and his sisters, Sherry and Candie. He is survived by: his wife Terry; his children, Scott, Jenifer and Travis; his granddaughter Isabella; and his siblings, Cristy and Steve. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
