We are sad to announce that, on December 14, 2025, at the age of 28, Kevin Ray Payne Jr. of Jacksonville, Florida, born in Ocala, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Kevin may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Kevin touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He is survived by: his wife Kahlei; his daughters, Evelynn and Eleanor; his parents, Laura (Steve) and Kevin Payne Sr. (Renae); and his sister Alyssa.
