She is survived by: her husband Donald Goff; her son Chase Beverly; her parents, Paul Church and Dorothy Church; her sisters, Angela Church and Crystal Taylor (Eric); her aunts, Teresa Jones and Lois Snellgrove; her uncle David Church; her nephew Jarrett; her nieces, Ciera and Lydia; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Lane, Chris Jr., Aaron Jr. (AJ), Hayden, Kalani and Nyah. She is also survived by other extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Oceanway Congregational Holiness Church (114 Cathy Jo Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32218). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Oceanway Congregational Holiness Church (144 Cathy Jo Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32218). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Gethsemane Memorial Gardens (800 Hammond Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32221).
