He was predeceased by: his father Lester Baldwin; and his brother Michael Welch. He is survived by: his children, Larry A. Baldwin, Jr., Patricia Nicole Baldwin and Laray Baldwin; his son-in-law Jacob Lynch; his grandchildren, Carson and Cassidy Lynch; his mother Diana Avila; his stepfather Lloyd Avila; his siblings, Michele Welch, Lisa Baldwin (Jason Clark), Kelly Williams, Jonathan Baldwin and Lester Baldwin II; his wife Suzanne Baldwin; and his brother-in-law Dwayne Williams. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
