Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mixon Town Chapel of Q. L. Douglas Funeral Home (2403 Edison Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32204). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
