He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Joiner and Milda Murray Joiner. He is survived by: his wife Linda Sloan Joiner; his children, Stacy Smith (Gregg) and Michael Joiner (Angie); his siblings, Janice Keene (Kenneth), Debbie Loeffler (Helmut) and Wayne Joiner (Dale); and his grandchildren, Parker Smith (Lillian) and Dalton Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
