He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Perry and Melba Genel Wright; his wife Cheryl Perry; and his siblings, Rex, Tex, Frank Perry and Judy Webb.

He is survived by: his children, Larry A. Perry (Angela) of Johnston City and Laura A. Auton (Garry) of Jacksonville, FL; his grandchildren, Jarred Perry of Johnston City, Ashton Hernandez (Stan) of Johnston City, Kensley Perry, Kassidi Perry and Karter Perry; and his brother Wex Perry of Macon Missouri. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
