She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ruth Evelyn Lane and Jack Lane; her siblings, Sylvia Rogers, Elosie Lane and Alvin Harvey; her children, Kenyatta Lane and Lamont Jones; her husband Preston Holmes; her grandchildren, Darius Jones, Dominique Lane, Elisha, Ashajhuna Jones, Kmari Jones and Dabria Jones; her great grandchildren, Journee Asbey, Joi Asbey and Kendall Mays; Darius Jones and Dominique Lane. She was also cherished by her sister son, host of nieces and nephews, host of cousins, godchildren, grandchildren, great grandchildren.
