As Lewis departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Lewis. Though Lewis may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth "Kenny" Delany and Elizabeth "Libby" Delany. He is survived by: his wife Delina Delany; his stepmother Dot Delany; his sister Paige Acosta Peeler; his sons, Tommy Delany and Travis Delany; and his stepdaughters, Misty Hoilman, Brandy Schwartz, Dianna Walker and Mercedeze Gonzalez. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Craig Funeral Home (1475 Old Dixie Hwy, St. Augustine, FL 32084).
