He was predeceased by: his parents, Avery Thomas Green Sr. and Iva Lee Green; his siblings, Margaret Green Warren, Linda Graham and Avery Thomas Green Jr.; and his grandson Mitchell Curtis Green.
He is survived by: his significant other Juanita Bailey Green; his sisters, Lorraine Chapman and Donna Bruce (Larry); and his daughters, Lisa Michelle Sazama (Jon), LonNita Green (Kenny) and Lora Green. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the Morocco Shriners Patient Transportation Fund, make checks payable to "Morocco Shriners" memo line: Patient Transportation Fund, in honor of Lonnie's lifelong commitment to helping children and serving others.
