He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Tuttle and Lois Tuttle; and his brother Larry. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; and his children, Beth Cherry (Buddy), Ryan Tuttle and Amy Stout. He is also survived by 5 Grandsons, and 7 Great Grandchildren.
