He is survived by: his wife Stacy Sue Navarro; his children, Jordan Navarro (Tracie Navarro), Jason Phelps (Marie Phelps), Billy Schallenberg (Stephanie Schwallenberg) and Sarah Fayo; his sisters, Lisa (Oscar), Lorraine and Belin (John "JJ"); his grandchildren, Joseph Schwallenberg, Joshua Schwallenberg, Samantha Schwallenberg, Lacy Schwallenberg, Sabrina Phelps, Alex Phelps, Vash Phelps and Jordyn Fayo; and his great grandchildren, Oaklynn Dunlop, Desiree Dunlop and Lincoln Schwallenberg.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the All Saints Chapel - Nas Jacksonville (751 Birmingham Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32212).
