We are sad to announce that on April 8, 2024, at the age of 88, Margaret A. Baker in Jacksonville, Florida, born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Margaret Shaub Steele and Murray Hamut Steele; and her brothers, Jim and Don. She is survived by : her husband John H. Baker (Jack); her nephew Jamie; and her children, Alice, William, Margaret, Rebecca, Robert, John II, Therese, Elizabeth, Geoffrey, Anne and Christopher.

A vigil service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Most Holy Redeemer Catholic Church (8523 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32221). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations in honor of Peg may be made to Most Holy Redeemer Parish, Jacksonville, St. Augustine Council of Catholic Women, and Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, PA.
