He is survived by: his mother Emily Milbourne Smith of Bridgeton; his wife Tracy Smith; his son Justin Rocker; his daughter-in-law Marangely Rocker; his grandchildren, Ania Rocker, Avonte Rocker, Jadiz Acevedo and Camilla Rocker; his siblings, Caroline Matthew, Justina Bailey, Brian Smith (Kim), Wanda Smith, Chanel Martin (Andre) and Tramine Smith (Marshal); and his aunt Dorothy Street. He is also survived by three step-children; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
