She is survived by: her children, Michael Francis LaForte (Carol), Mark Eugene LaForte (Karen), Pamela Boatwright (Ray) and Mary Foxworth (Mark); her grandson Ernest Ray Boatwright III; her great grandchildren, Trevor, Rachael and Ariel; her granddaughter Christa Haynes (James); her great grandchildren, Tyler and Mackenzie; her granddaughter Staci Gorko (Michael); her great grandchildren, Abigail and Lucas; her granddaughter Ashleigh Chafton (Joey); her great grandchildren, Julianna, Adalyn, Karalie, Eliza, Jack, Sam and Ben; her granddaughter Allison Gibson (John); her great grandchild Adelaide; her granddaughter Kimberly Cavender (Casey); her great grandchildren, Kelsie, William, Corbin, Emma and Bo; her granddaughter Suzanne Hale (Aaron); her great grandchildren, Cadence, Aubrey, Aaron "Buddy" and Cohen; and her brother Robert "Bob" Pavek. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
