She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard "Barney" Panfil; her daughter Raylah Etlantus; her parents, John Prusak and Mary Prusak; her grandson Danny Panfil; and her siblings, Frances Skora, John, Stanley, Walter, Thaddeus, Frank and Leonard.
She is survived by: her sons, Bernard J. Panfil (Cindy), David W. Panfil (Susie) and Richard A. Panfil (Christine). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 27 great‑grandchildren; and 3 great‑great‑grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Mary's name to a favorite charity that benefits children and families.
