He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Leo Lowrey and Mattie Lowrey (Kramm); his wife Lois Lowrey; his daughter Jacquelyn Stevens (James); and his grandson-in-law James "Andy" Grimes.
He is survived by: his son Randall Lowrey (Susan); and his grandchildren, Jonathan Lowrey (Jeanne), Timothy Stevens (Melody), Andrew Lowrey (Cristin), Lisa Grimes (late James "Andy" Grimes), Adam Lowrey and Jacob Lowrey. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
