He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Harvey and Justine Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann King Harvey of Fairfax; and his brothers, Robert Dean Harvey of Malibu and Herrick Gene Harvey of Jacksonville, Florida..
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Evergreen Funeral Home Chapel (4535 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32206).
