He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lee Crump; his brother Timothy Crump; his children, Wayne Earick (Rae) and Leslie Davis (Mike); and his grandchildren, Scotty Johnson and Ryan Johnson (Emilie). He is also survived by his great-grandchildren.
