He was predeceased by: his brother Dave Tolley. He is survived by: his wife Pam Tolley; his children, Amy Bonanno (Jim) and Nick Tolley (Carolyn); his grandchildren, Kyle, Jack, Mia and Owen; and his sister Jean Brumfield.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Beach Church (827 4th St N, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250).
