He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Rosecrans and Carol J. Rosecrans; and his siblings, Patrick Rosecrans and Jeannee Leeper. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Rosecrans (DeLay); and his stepchildren, Kathryn Rosecrans (Drew Johnson), Zuri, Amanda Rosecrans (Orion Courtin), Rigel and Meissa. He is also survived by two daughters, their spouses.
