She was predeceased by: her mother Hipólita Ortiz; and her nephew José Luis "Nuni" Sánchez. She is survived by: her father José Luis Sánchez; her children, Dalys (Héctor), Orlando (Krystal) and Aixa (Jared); her grandchildren, Elena, Bianca, Vanessa and Andrés; and her siblings, Maggie, Aida, Junior, Cuqui, Javier, Juan Carlos and José Antonio. She is also survived by her loving nieces and nephews.
