She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Cleveland and Mattie Eunice Wilkes Colvin; her husband Hal; and her siblings, Eunice, Raymond, Johnny and Jim.

She is survived by: her friend Robert Felix; her sister Kathryn; her brother-in-law Rene of Fernandina Beach, FL; and her siblings, Linda and Jerry of Juliette, GA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.

The family will accept flowers or donations to: Community Hospice & Palliative Care, St. Vincent's Riverside Center, 4266 Sunbeam Rd., Jacksonville, FL 32257.
