She is survived by: her husband Randal; her sons, Randy and David; her grandson Davin; and her siblings, Patricia Fano, Mary Gomez, Ivy Canlas, Joe Sprouse (Shirley), Daniel Sprouse and Stephen Sprouse.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery & Funeral Home (4535 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32206). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
