She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Leonard Rowell and Cora Anna Elizabeth Rowell. She is survived by: her husband Owen Guy Wingate; her children, James Wingate (Tammy) and Theresa Ritter (Chris); her siblings, Donna Combs and Leonard Rowell (Shelia); her grandchildren, Billy Drew (Emily), Tommy Drew (Chelsea) and Katelyn Starratt (Mikell); and her great grandchildren, Brooklyn Drew, Briar Drew and Hunter Starratt. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
