She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Israel Koontz Sr. and Cora Mae Koontz Sr.; her husband Robert Williams; and her siblings, Gerald Koontz, Harry Koontz Jr. and Ina Logsdon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Virginia Prior (David) and Julia Sullivan (Lonnie); her grandchildren, Christina Cagle (Adam), Devon Sullivan (Danielle) and Jessica Sullivan; and her great grandchildren, Ronan and Blake Cagle. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Community Hospice of Jacksonville.
