He is survived by: his wife Helen Allen; his children, Omerest Allen, Jr., William McKenzie, Jermaine Smith, Jameel Jones (Dominica), Renea Askew, Carrie Jones and Christie Jones Sheffield (Ken); and his sister Sheryl Wright. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
