She was predeceased by: her father Truman Edward Scruggs; her former husband Lt. Commander Roy L. Hendricks, Sr.; her sister Jacqueline S. Henderson; her brother-in-law A. P. Henderson, Jr.; and her brothers, Malcolm F. Scruggs and Marion Bud Scruggs.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Leslie; her son Roy L. Hendricks, Jr. (Leslie) of Jacksonville; her grandsons, Dr. Tyler J. Hendricks of Jacksonville and Kaden B. Hendricks of Jacksonville; her sibling's children, Alvin Henderson (Debbie), Richard Henderson (Lori), Rosanne Deas (Barry), Adam Henderson (Regina), Stephen Scruggs (Shirley), Mike Scruggs, LeFane Scruggs and Julie Scruggs Locker; and her close friends, Nilda Belingon and Nancy Tayman. She is also survived by numerous great nieces, great nephews and other relatives.
