She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Shipp and Francis Shipp; her siblings, Vivian Byrd and Clyde Shipp Jr.; and her siblings-in-law, Cynthia Shipp, James Byrd and Robert Fields.
She is survived by: her daughter Christina Martin; her grandchildren, Derry L. Hall (Demetris), Farris T. Hall Sr., Jason M. Dixon and Ey'shawn H. McClain; her great grandchildren, Deionte Hall, Destiney Hall and Farris T. Hall, Jr.; and her siblings, Deborah Shipp-Fields, Thomas Shipp and Andre Shipp (Norma).
