She is survived by: her sister Faye Taylor Freeman; and her children, H. Joanne Smith, Melony F. Vermillion, Sidney R. Smith, Jr. (Susan), Rhonda L. Johns (Kevin), Jennifer R. Thomas (Joshua) and David J. Milbee. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
