She was predeceased by: her husband Charles D. Bell Sr.. She is survived by: her son Charles Jr.; her daughter-in-law Rebecca Bell; her daughter Renay; her son-in-law Michael Peters; her granddaughter Kayla Leigh Bell (Chaka); and her siblings, Daniel McGrath, Sandra Rigdon, Cynthia Coleman, Vickie Basano and Cheryl Vines.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Riverside Memorial Park and Funeral Home (7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
