He is survived by : his wife Wanda Jo Davis; his children, Brett Davis, Travis Davis and Melanie Daniel; his grandsons, Tyler Johnson and Richard Daniel; his great grandchild Bentley Johnson; his mother Martha Davis; and his sisters, Sonya Purdom and Susan Ayers.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at the Southpoint Community Church (7556 Salisbury Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32256).
