He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas J. Pappas and Athena B. Pappas; and his siblings, John N. Pappas, George N. Pappas, Margie Felos, Frances Tsengas and Evangeline N. Pappas.
He is survived by: his children, Nicholas Pappas, John Pappas and Evangeline Podes; his daughter-in-law Beverly Pappas; his grandchildren, Nicholas Podes, Andrew Podes, Christina Podes, Alexa Pappas and Taylor Pappas; and his godson Theo Joanos. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. John the Divine Greek Orthodox Church.
