She is survived by: her grandchildren, Hailey (Andrew), Jacob, Cody, Emma and Kaya; her husband James McMinn; her daughters, Stephanie Smith (Brian), Laura Savage (Michael), Jacquelyn Leonardi and Lisa Leonardi; and her sister Deborah Ott.
